What will I be doing?

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Quality Assurance Team within Adult Social Care as a Contract and Quality Assurance Officer.

The service plays a vital role in ensuring the Quality Assurance and Contract Management of all of the Providers we work with. You will need to be a well organised, efficient ‘people-person’ who enjoys coordinating and engaging with a wide range of individuals across partner agencies.

As a natural ‘problem-solver’, you will work as part of a busy team to support mitigating risk and supporting our providers with compliance against the contract while maintaining Quality.

What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?

The ideal candidate will be familiar with Adult Social Care activity and competent in operating and inputting into IT systems.
