The COVID-19 pandemic has shone the spotlight on the health inequalities faced by many of our communities, in particular people of colour, people with disabilities and our LGBT+ communities. This coupled with the Black Lives Matter Movement and the social and political issues which have emerged as a result has highlighted a system which needs urgent attention - throughout the NHS and beyond. We are looking for someone with the drive, passion and commitment to work in our Forensic Division across all our sites, supporting our employees and patients to have a positive experience whilst working for us or receiving our services. The post holder will support and educate to improve our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. The Forensic Division covers a wide geographical area across Nottinghamshire, Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Leicestershire.
