Our Nottinghamshire based client is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

THE ROLE

As a Customer Service Administrator your responsibilities will include:
• Customer service emails
• Customer phone calls
• Adding orders to AX System
• Working on quotes and creating orders
• Organizing transport for collections and deliveries
• Placing orders with suppliers and raising PO’s
• Benchmarking and checking on competitors

THE CANDIDATE

The successful Customer Service Administrator candidate will ideally possess the following:
• Must have good IT skills
• Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good phone manner and writing skills
• Well organized and good communication
• Work well in a team in an open office
• Decisive and a problem solver

The following would desirable:
• SEO experience
• Google ads and analytics experience
• Experience working on an ecommerce platform
