Ensure the proper and timely movement of Customer freight and information, while complying with internal and external requirements and providing exceptional operational customer service within the
• Air Export
• Air Import
• Ocean Export
• Ocean Import

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

Air Export & Ocean Export
• Communicate effectively with Customer, Airline & Shipping line, other C.H. Robinson offices and agents worldwide, and co-workers through high volume of email, phone, instant message, and in person.
• Responsible for Booking with Airline / Shipping Line
• Create Load. Send Flight details / Carrier BC & CHR BC to shipper, cc copy to HQ OPS
• Sent POD to Customer
• Always maintain compliance standards- including internal policies and procedures, external government regulations, and customer requirements.
