I am working a growing housing association in Salford and Greater Manchester who are looking to recruit an Electrically biased Compliance Manager. The primary objective of this role is to ensure their housing stock complies with legal and safety regulations. This is achieved by managing market-leading services and implementing industry best practices. As part of the Building Safety & Compliance Team, the role involves leading a team of technically qualified contractors to meet all legislative requirements.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about contract management and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance in property maintenance. The ideal candidate will have an electrical background either from a trade perspective or within a previous compliance role.
