I have an excellent opportunity for 6 - 9 month contract for Contract Repairs Manager for a housing client in Cheshire.

Day to day the role will involve: -
• Manage the contractors and support stakeholders on performance issues
• Resolve delivery issues and manage performance
• Create performance improvement plans when necessary
• Ensure the smooth delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance

Experience required:
• Social housing experience with client facing experience
• Proven experience with delivering successful contracts
• UK Driving license
