We are excited to be supporting a growing local business that is currently seeking a Payroll Officer to join their friendly team. In this role, you will oversee the complete administration of their Payroll and Time & Attendance (T&A) functions, ensuring timely and accurate payments for all employees. Your efforts will help create an exceptional experience regarding Pay & Reward. Staying up to date with payroll knowledge and skills is crucial to delivering outstanding service in this role.

Description of the role:
• Complete payroll administration, including monitoring, adjusting, and updating the Time & Attendance system weekly and monthly.
• Ensure accurate and timely new starters and leavers calculations, including accrued holiday payments.
• Calculate and process payments for Tax, NI, Pension, SSP, CSP, SAP, SPP, SMP, overtime, unpaid absence, OT Holiday payments, Council & Court orders, and Scottish Earning’s Arrestment Orders.
