Fabric Recruitment is currently working with a well-established and growing family business, which due to continual growth is seeking to appoint a Sales Coordinator within their sales team.

Description of the role:
• 1st point of contact for all customers contacting the company looking to place an order.
• To ensure all service levels are delivered whilst providing the highest standards of customer service
• Ensure all orders, quotes, telephone enquiries, despatches, invoices and invoice queries are processed within the agreed service levels and qualitative standards
• Work closely with the sales teams to ensure fluid communication and service
• Arranging customer deliveries
• Providing after-sales support to customers

About you:
• Experience working in a similar position
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and intermediate Excel skills would be an advantage.
