We’re excited to be a part of our client’s growth plan as they look to add a Part-Time HR Assistant to their forever-growing organisation. As the HR Assistant, you will ensure the smooth functioning of their HR operations by maintaining employee records, coordinating HR projects, and providing support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries.

Description of the role:
• Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms.
• Screen CVs and applications to identify potential candidates.
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview details.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation sessions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronic.
• Process employee paperwork, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and change of status forms.
