Job Summary

Primary focus will be on IT Support for CRE division (e.g Leisure & Hospitality, Leasing, Retail & Malls, CRE-Central and CRE-Project).

Key Responsibilities
• To manage all existing IT Infrastructure and End-User equipment within the CRE Division in order for all these components to continue to function on a day-to-day basis.
• To provision the necessary devices, support issue resolutions and user IT related assistance.
• To transition in all new systems from the Applications, Infrastructure and Project teams in order to assume on-going support efforts.
• Support end-user computing environment in the areas of client hardware & network connectivity, Active Directory records management, emailing system, Sharepoint, Office 365 related products, print technology and other office software.
• Transition all new Implemented systems from IT applications Team, IT Infrastructure Team and IT Project management team to assume supportability.
