a. Office Management: Must oversee the day-to-day operations of

b. Scheduling and Calendar Management: You are required to
schedule appointments, meetings, and events for therapists or
team members, and ensure that schedules are organized and
efficient.
c. Communication: Should be able to handle incoming and
outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and
written correspondence to parents. Must also draft and proofread
documents.
d. Data Entry and Record Keeping: You are responsible for
maintaining and organizing company records, databases, and
files. This can include data entry, filing, and document
management.
e. Travel Arrangements: You may also be tasked with booking
travel arrangements, such as flights, hotels, and transportation,
for company employees.
