Responsible for developing and implementing leasing strategies to maximize occupancy, rental income, and property value.

Key responsibilities:
• To develop and execute leasing strategies according to respective commercial properties, considering market conditions, tenant requirements, and property objective
• To identify and target prospective tenants through market research, networking, and outreach efforts to generate leads and inquiries.
• To negotiate commercial terms with prospective tenants, including rental rates, lease duration, tenant improvements, and lease incentives, ensuring alignment with Management direction and market standards.
• To assist in driving marketing strategies, formulate and implement marketing and leasing plans
• To build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and commercial negotiations to foster tenant satisfaction and retention
