We are seeking to recruit an inspiring Careers and Work Experience Manager to join our enthusiastic and professional team. The role involves a great deal of contact with outside agencies, employers, students, parents and tutors across the whole Academy. This is an excellent opportunity to directly support students and staff at King Alfred’s Academy and to enhance the learning outcomes for our student body.

We are looking for someone who has high expectations of all students and is committed to raising educational achievement in classes across both the curriculum and academic years. Flexibility is key as the daily role is a reactive one requiring you to move to where need is greatest.
