Educate Group are seeking warm and dedicated Teaching Assistants to provide learning support to students across various Primary schools in Shropshire and Powys.

As a Teaching Assistant (TA) you will work closely with class teachers to assist students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis, explaining concepts, facilitating engaging activities, and enabling their educational development. Other key duties include managing behaviour challenges, and helping prepare useful classroom resources. We welcome passionate TAs of all experience levels – from those just starting out building their skills, to expert assistants seeking new challenges. Full and part-time roles available.
