JOB PURPOSE

Assist the Centralised Chemical and Material Management activities by providing reliable and effective laboratory material services in compliance with statutory, regulatory and quality requirements to support teaching & learning, and research activities.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Governance & Compliance Management
Assist in performing the governance of LMG Centralised Chemical and Material Management by executing necessary duties related to compliance with statutory, regulatory, and quality requirements audits, and HSE programs to ensure effective governance and compliance management.

Materials Management
Assist in performing the overall laboratory Chemical and material management by coordinating and executing the budgeting, acquiring, inventory reporting, delivery and auditing of materials including compiling and updating related documents in a timely manner to ensure effective laboratory chemical and material management.
