Job Responsibilities:
• Attend to sales enquiries and to walk-in customers and prospects at the sales gallery.
• Follow up and assist purchasers with the completion of sales transactions including loan applications
• Follow up and liaise with lawyers, bankers etc. to ensure smooth flow of sales process
• Prepare sales report and any other administrative duties as and when required
• Collaborate with the advertising team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Assist in organising marketing events, exhibitions and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research to understand market trends, customer demands and competition analysis.
• To perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:
• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in any fields or equivalent
• Those without a degree or diploma but have relevant working experience such as property sales are welcome to apply
• Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays
