JOB PURPOSE

Analyse, plan, execute and support the tasks related to the administration of the academic department by executing teaching and learning administration, registration and examination support, quality improvement, compliance audit and accreditation, and academic linkages to ensure all operations of the department are in accordance to stipulated requirements as approved by the management and senate.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Teaching & Learning Administration

Analyse, plan and execute teaching & learning administration by (i) preparing the course schedule inclusive of lecturers, labs and tutorials, (ii) planning lecturer timetable and workload, and (iii) conducting student forecasting to determine class size to ensure the smooth delivery of sustainable superior academic programmes.

• Registration & Examination Support
