We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team on a long-term basis within a Wakefield primary school. This role is pivotal in supporting teaching staff and enhancing the educational development of students within a vibrant

community in Wakefield.
Day to day of the role:

Assist teaching staff in planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
Lead small group interventions to support students’ learning and progress.
Provide one-to-one support for students with special educational needs or those requiring additional assistance.
Support the educational development of students during teachers’ PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) sessions.
