Due to growth, we are looking for someone with good analytical skills and an attention to detail to assess costs and complete take-off’s effectively.

As our Estimator / Quantity Surveyor you will play a vital role in ensuring that our projects are accurately costed; from pre-build through to completion!

The role:
• Produce cost appraisals of new land opportunities
• Carry out detailed take-offs to abstract into feasibilities and cost plans.
