Senior Work Coach Salary Range: £26,539 - £27,196 FTE Location: Brighton and Hove Job Type: Full-time, Term time only (plus INSET days) Hours: 32.5 hours per week We are seeking an experienced and energetic Senior Work Coach to join our team at a new satellite Key Stage 4 provision in Brighton. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about supporting and guiding young people with SEMH and associated needs on their journey to becoming confident young adults well-prepared for post-16 education and the workforce. Day to Day of the role: Provide one-to-one coaching and support to pupils, helping them to identify their strengths, interests, and career aspirations. Develop and implement bespoke work experience and employability programmes tailored to individual pupil needs.
