Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in providing compassionate care and assistance to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in medication administration, behaviour management, and first aid, with a willingness to support various care settings.

Duties:
- Administer medication as prescribed and ensure compliance with medication schedules
- Implement behaviour management strategies to support individuals with challenging behaviours
- Provide first aid and respond effectively to medical emergencies
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks as required to support individuals with mobility needs
- Offer childcare, senior care, nurse, hospice care, and dementia care services based on individual requirements
- Drive individuals to appointments or outings as necessary

Skills:
