In this role, you'll take charge of our team of drivers, spearheading the development, implementation, and upkeep of train operating standards to ensure we meet our reliability and punctuality targets. Your responsibilities will extend to ensuring strict adherence to all pertinent policies and procedures, guaranteeing compliance with relevant sections of the Safety Management System, the current HSQE Plan, and any applicable Railway Group Standards.
