We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assembly Technician for an Engineering & Manufacturing company in Buckinghamshire. This role has become available due to growth in the company so this is an exciting time to join!

Primary Responsibilities

Final Assembly
Assemble fuel cells to high standards within designated time limits.
Utilise hand tools such as drills, heat guns, soldering irons, torque wrenches, and other basic tools.
Create wiring harnesses according to drawings.
Fabricate hoses based on CAD files and images.
Assemble various hardware components, including top plates and pumps.
Acquire additional skills to tackle more complex fuel cells and support equipment under pressure while maintaining quality.
Report any issues with Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Manufacture various assemblies to meet quality requirements and maintain schedule.
