Chiltern Railways operates commuter/regional rail passenger services from its Central London terminus at London Marylebone along the M40 corridor to destinations in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Warwickshire, as well as long-distance services to the West Midlands.

What we'd like you to do
• Minimising the financial exposure of Chiltern Railways in the resolution of incidents within the Performance Regimes with
• Network Rail and LUL whilst adhering to the contractual timescales of the Track Access Agreements.
• Process the performance regimes for Schedule 8 and Schedule 4 (NR and LUL)
• Own and co-ordinate the application of the internal delay resolution process through investigation, reallocation and arbitration demonstrating neutrality throughout.
• Ensure that the Schedule 8 and performance system records accurately reflect the agreements reached with Network Rail.
