About the role
• To Oversee a timely and accurate payroll, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and tax obligations.
• To comply with pension regulations and be responsible for the company pension schemes
• To train and coach the Payroll and Pension Assistants
• Ensuring that processes are up to date and communicated
