As Production Manager at Chiltern Railways, you will lead the Engineering team in the successful delivery of engineering and maintenance activities.

The Production Manager is someone who understands that engaging with our talented team is key to their success. They must care for our people and their well-being. The production manager will create a strategic plan to align with the business goals, communicate progress against targets, ensuring that KPIs are being maintained at the required rate, and ensure each team member understands their role in delivering our business goals.
