The Governors of Chaucer Primary School are seeking to appoint a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our team, in an SEND classroom for communication and language development.

We are looking for a teacher who can:

- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons to support students with communication and language needs

- Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment

- Assess students' progress and provide feedback to parents and colleagues

- Use a variety of teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students with SEND

- Be responsible for delivering EHCP provision

- Contribute to annual reviews
