Senior Quality Manager

We are currently working with a food manufacturer based just outside of Wittering who are looking for a Quality Manager to work as part of their senior leadership team.

They’re looking for someone with experience in a senior leadership role and would be happy to step in to run the operations when others are on annual leave.

Typical duties would include:
• Effectively develop and implement quality management systems and ensure compliance meets industry standards and regulations.
• Managing material changes in line with customer requirements.
• Leading and facilitating continuous improvement to enhance product quality.
• Analysing data and performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitoring customer feedback to address any quality related issues.
• Working as part of the senior leadership team

The successful candidate
• Previous experience working within a similar Quality Manager role.
• Recent experience having direct and indirect reports and leading a team.
