Main duties of the job

Maintain highest level of confidentiality and comply with data protection standards when handing patient related and other confidential/sensitive data

As a paperless office, there is the utmost importance to scan all correspondence onto electronic patients medical record, using the System One database and to ensure that clinical coded entries are entered appropriately and accurately

Undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the practice

Facilitate effective communication between all staff members, patients, members of the primary health care team, secondary care and other associated parties
