Paint and Prepper Talented and efficient Paint Technician with prepping experience wanted to join the team in our busy body shop in Oundle. You will be dismantling and reassembling pre-painted conversion vans to the high standards expected by our customers. You will ideally be NVQ Level 3 qualified or equivalent, ATA accreditation would be beneficial but is not essential. The Role You will be : Mixing and matching paint colours. : Saving panels from paint. : Sanding, masking and filler work if required : Use working knowledge and initiative to ensure the most appropriate repair methods are used. : Maintain own workspace to recognize housekeeping standards. : Inspecting of vehicles to make sure there’s no defects and perfect finish every time. About You : Ideally NVQ Level 3 qualified or equivalent. : ATA accreditation would be beneficial but is not essential : Full driving license is required. : Ability to commute to Watford daily.
