We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Person with a background within carpentry to work for a property maintenance company based in North Cambridge.

The person coming into the role would be providing external and internal property maintenance for a range of commercial and residential properties managed by the company.

Typical duties would include:
• Carrying out all aspects of property maintenance with the main focus being on carpentry.
• Carrying out risk assessments to ensure safe working practises in line with Health & Safety Legislations.
• Speaking with tenants to keep them up to date on the works being carried out where required.
• Maintaining the company van and equipment

The successful candidates:
• Demonstratable experience working within repairs and maintenance
• Previous experience working in domestic and commercial properties
• A full, clean driving license
• Good communication skills
