We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly Service Desk team in helping to provide first and second line support services to over 1,000 staff and members.

The Team

Our IT Service Desk team form part of a shared IT Service between Test Valley Borough Council and Winchester City Council. We are made up of professional, friendly, and supportive colleagues. We have a strong history of workforce development and encourage career progression within the IT Service when the opportunity arises. As well as working within the IT service, you will interact with colleagues across both authorities, including senior staff and members.
