The Role

Join our Younger Adults’ Commissioning Team within Adults’ Health and Care, as a Commissioning Support Officer and play a pivotal role in supporting all aspects of the Commissioning Cycle.

The Younger Adults’ Commissioning Team focuses on delivering a person centred and strengths-based approach that empowers service users and carers to live independent lives across Learning Disability, Physical Disability and Mental Health support services.

Our Commissioning Frameworks paired with applied quality standards, enable us to choose and maintain high quality support providers based on the needs of the Council and the service users we support.
