We are hiring for a new shop assistant to join our small and independently run business. We are a friendly team and our shop boasts a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The business has strong values and is built on sustainable action and community engagement.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who is able to work a minimum of 20 hours a week. These hours will be rota'd across 4 days, part-time and will include opening and closing the shop.

Your hours will require working on delivery days, helping offload deliveries and organising the stock room. Your duties will include regular cleaning, replenishing stock and helping customers with their shopping experience. We have a very hands-on approach to customer service, many of our customers prefer us to assist them with their shopping.

Please note, the work can be physically demanding. We handle large containers of 20 - 25kg each on a daily basis as our food and liquid products are all delivered in bulk and sold... More Detail
