We have a new opportunity for a Senior Lettings Officer to join our busy Housing Team to lead on the administration of the Council’s Housing Register.

You will be responsible for managing the team who administers the Housing Register – monitoring performance, ensuring efficiency and effective application of the policy. You will be responsible for maintaining key partnership relationships with registered housing providers as well as the partner local authorities who form Hampshire Home Choice. You will also work in collaboration with the other Senior Officers working on continual improvement of service delivery to prevent homelessness.

You will have knowledge of homelessness legislation and an understanding of the issues facing those facing homelessness. Ideally you will also have experience of working in a Social Lettings role with experience of applying policy. It would be beneficial if you had experience... More Detail
