A premium lifestyle brand is currently seeking a seasoned human resources professional to join their team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.This includes requisition approval, manager briefing, advertising, sourcing, application review, screening, interview strategy, and offer process. The role is full-time and based in-office.

Responsibilities:
• Implement and adjust broader talent acquisition strategies
• Utilise relevant advertising resources and employ other candidate marketing tactics
• Utilise candidate databases and various sourcing channels (universities, competitive research, job fairs, social media) to identify potential candidates and raise awareness
• Cultivate and maintain pre-qualified and potential candidate pools, engaging with both former and new candidates
