A company specialising in events planning and management is looking to hire an experienced candidate to join its dynamic team in the meetings, incentives, conference and events industry. This role offers individuals passionate about orchestrating flawless business events the opportunity to contribute their expertise. Responsibilities:
• Generate creative concepts for meetings, incentives, conferences and events, incorporating them into requests for quotations (RFQs) and briefs.
• Create imaginative and innovative events and incentive itineraries.
• Handle supplier management tasks such as requesting quotes, negotiating rates and building strong relationships.
• Supervise budget management throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to financial reconciliation.
• Provide comprehensive guest relations support, including visa assistance and timely query resolution.
