Description Of The Role And Purpose Of The Job

The Assets and Procurement Lead will be responsible for all South African offices and will work with multiple IT vendors to purchase hardware, software and consumables aligned with the firms’ technology standards framework. Negotiates with vendors to obtain best prices and specifications, creates purchase orders for the acquisition of equipment as well as receipting delivery. Performs reporting and closely working with Finance to ensure processing of invoices until payment is done.
