Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Property Specialist at Highlands Prime Inc. (Tagaytay Highlands) located in Tagaytay. As a Property Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will provide information on available properties, conduct property tours, negotiate contracts, and facilitate the closing process. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the real estate market. While the role is primarily located in Tagaytay, there is flexibility for some remote work.
