Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Manager at Villa D’Este Tagaytay located in Tagaytay. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, managing staff, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining high-quality standards. They will also be responsible for analyzing and improving operational performance, implementing strategic plans, and coordinating with different departments to achieve business objectives.
