JOB DESCRIPTION
• Organizing shift schedules for team members.
• Monitoring attendance , tardiness and time off.
• Supervising employees and assisting with task as necessary.
• Training new and current team members on task.
• Resolves customer complaints and provide relevant information.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Good communications skills both written and verbal.
