SENIOR REAL ESTATE SOLICITOR - NEWCASTLE

THE FIRM
- International law firm
- National Portfolio Management team which supports the broader National Real Estate group

THE ROLE
- You will be joining a highly regarded Real Estate team, running your own caseload of more complex matters, particularly allied to public sector clients, utilities and title review focused work
- You will be responsible for co-ordinating instructions and workflow on certain client accounts, triaging instructions and delegating work to the most appropriate team member
- In addition to fee earning responsibilities, you will also be responsible for supervising more junior fee earners on more simple matters
- You may also have some line management responsibilities for Paralegals/Trainee Solicitors

THE REQUIREMENTS
- The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, ideally with a minimum of 5 years PQE, although candidates with less experience will be considered on their merits
