This is an exciting role leading the delivery of the Children and Young Peoples' Mental Health portfolio for NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire, coordinating the development and redesign of services and clinical pathways for children and young people to meet local priorities and national ambitions.

This role is an exciting opportunity to form part of a dynamic Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism team committed to improving health services across Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

We are seeking candidates with a combination of subject matter expertise, project management experience, and an understanding of NHS and local authority roles in the delivery of services to children and young people.

The successful candidate will also need to demonstrate:
