Are you looking for an opportunity to work with children, young people and their families in the community, as part of a new team delivering high quality care, to children aged from 0-19yrs, in line with the Healthy Child Programme?

We have a 37.5 hours, full time, all year round post in Wallingford/Henley on Thames, which is the South East Locality, where you will be able to develop your skills and knowledge to work alongside experienced practitioners in a variety of settings, including primary and secondary schools, health centres and the client's home.The role will include working with school aged children, providing public health related care to support in areas such as safeguarding, emotional health, sexual health and physical health, alongside supporting schools to deliver personal, health and social education, and managing medical conditions in schools.
