Checkout Manager - Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at EUROSPAR Kilkenny as a Checkout Manager on a full-time basis. As a Checkout Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store's checkout department.

In this role you will:
• Act as a key holder, responsible for opening and closing the store
• Manage the checkout department efficiently
• Step in as the duty manager when in charge

• Overseeing the daily operations of the checkout area.
• Managing checkout staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensuring efficient and accurate cashiering procedures.
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
• Monitoring and maintaining adequate checkout supplies, such as bags, receipt paper, and cash.
