· Overall Leadership and Management of the Club resources to achieve annual financial and operational goals.

· Responsible for the hiring, training, and managing all golf club staff.

· Interacting tactfully with club members and the various committees.

· Commercial Management of the club’s substantial revenue streams.

· Development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract revenues and promote the club.
