You will provide accurate advice to develop, implement and monitor business strategies, frameworks, policies, practices and procedures to support delivery of high-level strategic direction, service-wide reforms and operational capability, linking the strategic and operational areas of the QPS to enhance domestic, family violence and vulnerable persons policing.

• Build and maintain communication networks and provide high level advice to senior management, internal, and external stakeholders.
• Manage and direct multi-disciplined teams focussed on delivering continuous improvement relating to Command business activities.
• Manage, or contribute to, the end-to-end delivery of projects and prepare relevant project documentation.
