You will lead the Protective Services Group Training Team in the development, facilitation, and coordination of training for security services.

You will provide expert advice to senior management on the training life cycle for Protective Services Officers.

• Manage and contribute to the development, accreditation, facilitation, evaluation and moderation of a diverse range of training programs and strategies relevant to Protective Services.
• Coordinate training and development deliverables for a variety of projects in consultation with internal and external stakeholders relevant to Protective Services.
• Provide advice and assist with organisational change management activities relative to legislative amendments, changes in technology or business practices relevant to Protective Services.
