Transportation Specialist (Detail NTE 120 days) Pusan, South Korea Ausschreibungsbereich

All current USFK KN employees assigned within Busan Detachment, 837th US Army Transportation Battalion, 599th US Army Transportation Surface Brigade, Outbound, Military Surface Deploy and Distribution Command.
Hauptaufgaben

Serves as Team Leader for Export with responsibilities for transportation movement planning and directing the receipt, custody, accountability and movement of import/export cargo to and from piers, wharves and warehouses, and shipment of cargo to consignees. Duties include: (1) determining transportation requirements for the movement of freight, (2) establishing port clearance to effect efficient, timely and economical movement of cargo, (3) coordinating the movement of cargo with other activities involved, and (4) studying and analyzing budgetary requirements for the movement of cargo. Performs other duties as assigned.
