Hauptaufgaben

Serves as an Engineering Technician and an advisor to the Chief, AFH, Housing Division on all work performed in the repair and maintenance programs with the assigned responsibility for planning, programming, coordinating, and monitoring maintenance, modification, and minor construction projects in 360 AFH Towers. Reviews/develops completed cost estimate, scope of work, technical specifications and drawings for all the projects for compliance, formats, and procedures prior to submission to higher headquarters for final approval and or contractual action. Prepares and reviews technical specifications for repair and maintenance service type contracts (fixed price, service and requirement type contracts) in accordance with established requirements and procedures.
